FAQs


CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME 
All items are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. Business days include Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. All items will be shipped via USPS and tracking will be provided for your order. 


REFUNDS 
All sales are final. If there is a problem with an item upon arrival, please reach out to us via email at dosbrosandco@yahoo.com. In the event that your item was damaged upon arrival, you have 7 days to contact us via email with photos, and a replacement will be discussed after being reviewed.


LOST/DAMAGED BY USPS
Dos Bros & Co is not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact your local post office to file a claim. 


RETURNED / UNCLAIMED MAIL
If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we will not be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, we will not issue a refund. Once the package returns to Dos Bros & Co, we will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges before we resend the package. 


COUPON CODES
Coupon codes must be entered at check-out in the discount box. Once your order is placed, coupon codes cannot be applied. Only one code may be applied per purchase.
